PLEASE READ: This online form works best for registering one or more people for the same class or classes. If you want to register one or more people for different classes, fill out the form for one class at a time including only the people attending that class, then click the "add class to cart" button. The shopping cart opens in a new window. Then come back to this form in the first window, re-enter the information in steps 2 and 3 for the next class. Make sure only the people attending that class are listed. Repeat these steps as many times as necessary. When you are finished, you can go back to the shopping cart and check out once.
- In the billing information section, enter the name on the credit card and the credit card's billing address.
- If the name on the credit card is the same as the name of the attendee, check the check box at the bottom of the billing information section, and the attendee's name will automatically be entered into the attendee section.
- If the name entered above for the credit card billing information is the same as the attendee (or an attendee for group registrations), check the check box above, and that name, email address, and phone will be automatically put into the attendee information section.
- Clicking the "Click Here to Add Another Attendee" button will add another row of boxes in which you can enter an additional attendee for group registrations.
- Clicking the "Delete Entry" link will remove the attendee information in that row.
- There must be an entry for each attendee, including a valid email address and phone number where he/she can be contacted.
- Go to the appropriate section for 1/2-day, 1-day, or 2-day class.
- Select the class title and date for which you want to register.
- Select the appropriate registration rate.
- Enter the number of attendees.
- Check that your selections and entries are correct, and click the "Click Here to Add This Class to Cart" button.
